The variety and complexity of available products can make the selecting the right ones a challenge.
To ensure our designers have current and in depth product knowledge and are therefore able to specify appropriately we regularly allocate time to ensure they keep up-to-date with product developments. This is done via manufacturers' briefings, product demonstrations, market intelligence data gathering, sourcing independent evaluation reports and attending industry trade shows.
We ensure too that our team of installation and servicing engineers undertake regular training programmes so their engineering skills are kept up to speed with the new products. |
