Training
There’s no point us designing, supplying and installing a cutting-edge system to improve the security and safety of your site if your staff are unsure how to get the most out of it. Therefore we offer system use training as standard to all our customers, ensuring every facet of the integrated systems we offer is being used correctly.
In addition, to ensure our designers have current and in depth product knowledge (in order to be able to specify appropriately), they keep up-to-date with product developments via manufacturers' briefings, product demonstrations, market intelligence data-gathering, sourcing independent evaluation reports and attending industry trade shows. We also ensure that our team of installation and servicing engineers undertake regular training programmes.
